Nicoleta, one of the studio's founders, oversees the business and manufacturing aspects of the company.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer from the Polytechnic Institute in Bucharest and a certificate in Quality Assurance from Ryerson University in Toronto, which have been complemented with training in Entrepreneurial Management of Small and Medium Enterprises in Greece and the USA.

Nicoleta has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of engineering. For eight years, she and Emil have managed a top four business in Romania, manufacturing upscale furniture for clients such as Hilton and Marriott Hotels, the "Ion Tiriac" private airport in Bucharest, Romania, among others, as well as for private residences.
