Emil is one of the founders of Emil Design Studio Ltd., and manages all creative aspects of the product.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from the Fine Arts Institute in Bucharest, and is a member of the Romanian Artists' Union. In 1999, he was listed in the ICSID Roster of Experts, and in 2002 was included in Who's Who in Romania.

Emil has participated to design shows in France, South Korea, Romania and Japan. He received several awards and prizes, and was featured by publications such as "The Design Bulletin" (Romania), "The Monthly Design" (South Korea), and "Azimuts" (France).

For the past twenty years, he has created innovative furniture commissioned by private collectors and international corporations such as Hilton and Marriott Hotels, among others.
